I didn't believe this but then i saw a photo of Kim Kardashian. I always thought "wow shes go pretty, omg i want to look like her," but when I saw what she actually is I was speechless. I can honestly say she wears A LOT of makeup. I knew makeup could hide quite a bit but just wow she takes it too far. I still love her and everything I love her shows but when true beauty comes out its a shocker. My mom has told me that somtimes just to go out she will put on fake eyelashes...like is that really necessary? No. In the picture from what I can see is first of all she's suddenly tanned, her face looks like it has foundation, cover-up, blush, liplossm, lipstick, penci eyeliner, liquid eyeliner, lots of mascara and maybe fake eyelashes, eyes shadow, and her eyebrows are coloured in. All that work and makeup. Natural beauty is the best beauty out there. I know I wear makeup usually every day but I don't put foundation or cover up on. The only makeup I wear is eye makeup. Pencil & liquid eyeliner and mascara that's it. I can't even imagine how much time it takes her to take all that makeup off. My point is natural beauty is much more prettier than being covered in makeup. Some makeup is okay, but not as much as what she wear just to go out. But it's her choice. That's just my opinion.

Example: In the movie ``The Notebook`` Gena falls in love with James. As she gets older she develops alzheimers and forgets everything she ever had with James. But one night for 10 minutes she has a flashback of everything they did and had. It was very important because she remembered her husband and everything they did.

9. Irony: When something happens that`s the opposite of what we would expect to happen.

Example: My dad will say its 5 pm when really it`s only 4:37 pm. He always exaggerates with the time.

Book Choices

My first book choice for the literature circles is 13 reasons why because it looks really interesting. Also i love to read books that are about murders and mysteries and that is the whole point of this book. My second book choice is the glass castle because the title sounded very interesting. It's about a girl and her parents are art freaks and put art before their daughter. This interests me because I want to read about how bad the parenting is and how the poor girl ends up.
